Mrs Latesha Clark

With nearly a decade of entrepreneurial and management experience, Latesha Clark has successfully led multiple businesses, organizations, and initiatives that contribute to economic and social progress. Her expertise lies in effectively managing diverse ventures that empower individuals and businesses to achieve financial success.

Latesha has made a strong impact in the insurance industry in Tennessee and Mississippi, founding Maximum Care Solutions in 2018 and expanding it to Mississippi in 2020. She is now launching another location in California. Additionally, she established T&T Foundational Group Inc., offering services such as credit building, tax preparation, business funding assistance, website development, logo design, and System for Award Management (SAM) registration. She also founded Transformational Ncrease LLC and Transformation Academy LLC, which specialize in business consulting and startup development.

Beyond business, Latesha became a Notary Public in 2021 and is recognized as a minority farmer by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Her passion for the food and agriculture industry led her to launch Cabistros Palace, a restaurant serving authentic ethnic cuisine since January 2019.

Latesha’s latest ventures include T&T Foundational Group Inc., Cal’s Express Freight Lines LLC, and On The Move Freight Liners LLC. Through these businesses, she integrates training, employment, and innovation across various industries. Additionally, through On The Move Freight Liners LLC, she provides freight brokerage training and certification, helping others enter the industry successfully.

Mrs Letisha Jackson

Letisha Jackson is the co-founder of T&T Foundational Group Inc. and the proud owner of Jackson Insurance Group. With a career in insurance sales since 2007, she has built a successful independent agency offering a wide range of services, from health insurance to financial planning.

Beyond business, Letisha is deeply involved in her community, serving as an ambassador for the Community Development Foundation and actively participating in her church as a Pastor’s Wife, Praise Leader, and Bible Study Teacher. She is also a devoted wife and mother of four.

Her dedication and expertise have earned her recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 Finalist in 2019 and 2020, as well as Top Agency for Marketplace Enrollments for three consecutive years. Letisha is passionate about helping others succeed, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential in life.

Her mission extends beyond insurance—she believes in providing real value to every person she meets. "Jackson Insurance Group is where it starts—it’s not just about insurance, but about trust, guidance, and lasting impact."
